After receiving her undergraduate degree in Zoology from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Dr. Reddell earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University. She completed her residency program in Pediatrics at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.

Since 1991, Dr. Siegel has been caring for patients at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. She is board-certified in Pediatrics, and practices at the Clear Lake Clinic.

Dr Siegel received her medical degree from University of Texas at Houston in 1976, and completed 2 years of internship and residency at University of Texas at San Antonio in 1978. She completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 1979 and 1 year of fellowship in Ambulatory Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in 1980.
